چکیده
Spatial planning is an important policy in negotiating between increasing space requirements and existing constraints. In the context of spatial at village level, The Village Planning (VSP) can be one solutions solving challenges scope area. existence VSP has its pros cons, due to lack empirical evidence on how should done. This research aims explain background process preparing VSP, as well factors that influence it based inductive-qualitative approach. location was conducted Jepitu Village, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. consideration for choosing this various management have potential impact utilization, namely (1) Increasing development coastal tourism; (2) Southern Cross Road Program (SCRP); (3) boundary issues related water resources. data used are field observation in-depth interviews, supported by secondary data. result research, there internal external trigger preparation VSP. consist Concerns Pamong; Beach Tourism Area Management; Economics; (4) Development Planning; (5) Regional Mapping. triggers from factors, presence Supporting Agent. Meanwhile, Actors; Community Participation; Mapping; Resistance. Based results study, solution area provision boundaries potentials a guide planning.

Stop Classification Using Desa - 1 High - Resolution Formant
Recent work has veriied that the second-formant frequency (F2) and its change in the vowel immediately preceding a stop consonant are usually suucient to discriminate between labial, palatal, and alveolar stops, even in the absence of the stop burst information. Informal listening tests using truncated samples indicate that humans can discriminate the three stops on the basis of the preceding v...
متن کاملApplication of DESA Design Method in Object-Oriented Software Systems
To reduce complexity in software systems it is essential to minimize the functional dependencies in them. Functional dependency can be caused by the internal logic (model) of the system as well as the user interface. It is then vital to locate the source of the dependency, so that it can be removed. Our method “Design Equations for Systems Analysis”, or DESA, offers an opportunity to accomplish...

متن کاملRelation Between Imprecise DESA and MOLP Methods
It is generally accepted that Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a method for indicating efficiency. The DEA method has many applications in the field of calculating the relative efficiency of Decision Making Units (DMU) in explicit input-output environments. Regarding imprecise data, several definitions of efficiency can be found. The aim of our work is showing an equivalence relation between ...
متن کاملLifetime Improvement in Wireless Sensor Networks using Hybrid Differential Evolution and Simulated Annealing (DESA)
Wireless Sensor Networks; Differential Evolution; LEACH; Harmony Search; Modified Harmony Search; DESA Abstract The major concerns in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) are energy efficiency as they utilize small sized batteries, which can neither be replaced nor be recharged. Hence, the energy must be optimally utilized in such battery operated networks. One of the traditional approaches to improv...
